Out of necessity, Mukherji would have to get out of bed to stop the alarm.
As a result, Mukherji, who used to wake up at 8:30 AM, now wakes up at 6:35 AM. This has enabled him to finish tasks in the morning that used to take him until 6 pm. Although his workload has not changed, he says that working in the morning has improved the quality of his concentration and changed everything in his life. Many methods have been used to make it a habit to get up early, such as “drink tea,” “drink coffee,” “take a cold shower,” and “take a walk,” but these are not important. The two important things are to “get out of bed” anyway, and to “shake off the sleepiness. Whatever works to achieve this is fine.
